Photo and video for musicians.

I play the drums and the didgeridoo, and I have been photographing concerts for years: I know where to look when someone is playing, and when to step quietly into the shadow. I work with solo artists and bands, live and in the studio, on three fronts: concert coverage, studio sessions for press and social media, and video — clips, vertical reels, stills for an album or a channel.

Live, I look for the moment where the music becomes visible: the hands, the glances between players, the stage light exactly as it is. In the studio it's the opposite — we build slowly, together, until the image really resembles the soul of the musician who will use it.

For a concert all I need is the time and the venue. For a studio session we start from what you need — a cover, press, social media — and from there we choose the light, the framing, the mood and everything else that matters. For video we think about format and about what the piece has to say: I trained in screenwriting and I like putting that at the service of the story, so the video comes from an idea we build together rather than from footage alone.
